The Helios is a shining example of first-class, well thought-out architecture: two comb-like parts of the building are connected by a light-flooded glass hall.

The entrances to the rental units face this bright, roughly 1,000 square meter access area. The reception galleries on the individual floors can be reached via glazed elevators: an individual and representative entrance for every company.
